"I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and the stress this has caused. What you describe, an adjuster promising a larger payment then issuing a token check and difficulty reaching corporate, is unacceptable and not how we expect claims to be handled. I am also sorry that you felt it difficult to file a claim. I do understand that you had a couple of interior leaks in your home. With this being said a couple of leaks would not warrant replacing a roof. Replacing a roof would normally come after significant roof damage from a hail storm or a wind storm. Your home was insured for less than one year and we have not had hail of much size during this time. I would be glad to forward your video to corporate to review. Again we are sorry for your frustration and the miscommunication that has occurred. "
